I have noticed that. Omnivores (people) don't eat carnivores, just herbivores and plants.

For exotic foods, I have had pork kidneys (and liver), frog legs, cow tongue, beef tripe, and gizzards. Scorpion once I believe.

Believe it or not, I do not eat chicken - it's very repulsive to me.

I mostly do curls, for reps of 10, 40 lbs - 10 sets on each arm for each workout. That's pretty much it. Genetically, I'm probably a mini-Mark Wahlberg at best - no Arnold Schwartzenegger for sure, but also no Michael Moore. I eat a ton nowadays, but don't gain weight too easily...maybe 1 pound a mo...

Not that much at all, I don't attempt to max out. Not having a barrel chest and short arms doesn't help my bench much.

I remember Shanebo and UFGirlfan07 both were trying similar things... I was 5'9'' and 115 lbs back in 2005, 160 lbs now. I don't remember much about my body back then since much of my wardrobe has changed. About 6'0'' armspan, 30'' waist, 13-16% bf. If I can get to 175 and maintain the same percent ...
