When GC left Scout, Scout offered Bob "a shitload more money" (bob's words) than Ray. However, Ray offered Bob a large role in the decision making of GC. As time has gone on, Bob has dissented on some of the business decisions and apparently they have argued about it on occasion. According to Bob, after each argument, Bob was done with it, but apparently Ray let each one fester. He promoted Buddy Martin to replace Bob's decision making and then let Bob go.
